• Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags attached.
• Costumes must not have been worn or have makeup stains for hygiene reasons.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure safety and quality, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Airbrush Supplies & Brushes/Sponges (hygiene reasons)
• Cheek FX & Glitter Tattoos (if opened)
• Coloured Hairspray & Hair products (once opened)
• Henna (perishable)
• Balloons (once inflated or used)
• Custom, personalized, sale, or clearance items

Process

1. Contact us at [email protected] within 15 days with your order details.
2. We’ll provide a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.
3. Ship the item to: Dotsy the Clown Store Returns, 2452 Beeghley Street, Marlin, US 76661.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable, but we cover shipping for exchanges!
